Returns
All our mugs are custom and made to order so we do not accept returns unless we made a mistake with the order.
SHIPPING
All orders placed before 1PM will be made and shipped out on the same working day.
All orders placed after 1PM will be made and shipped out the following working day.
UK - We use Royal mail 48 so your order will be with you in 2 -3 working days.
All other countries - We uses Royal mail tracked and will normally take 5 - 10 working days.
